Baked Corn I

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2014
I have made this numerous times. Since I live alone and it makes a lot, I reheat servings in the microwave, top with butter and warm syrup and eat it for breakfast, in addition to eating it as a side.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
I use fat-free sour cream to lower the fat. It's great for breakfast with syrup on it and sausage on the side.

Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
I have not made this yet but I can tell from reading it that it will be delicious. I would, however, substitute Progresso Cream of Mushroom soup for the condensed soup and water. I've done this with green bean casserole and the difference in flavor was amazing.

Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
I would add quartered potatoes to this recipe to make it a complete meal.

Marzetti® Hawaiian Slaw

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
My family has used Marzetti Slaw Dressing to make Slaw, Potato Salad and Deviled Eggs for year, in lieu of mayo. So before I even try this one I know it's going to be a winner!

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
I had a 5# smoked ham and a 4qt crock pot. So I cut it up and added the 2 cups of brown sugar. Nice flavor and so tender it falls apart. I intend to shred some of it and add some barbecue sauce to make ham barbecue sandwiches. Doing it in the crock pot was an excellent idea for summer!

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2009
I have made this numerous times on a vertical roaster sitting in a glass brownie pan rather than the beer can, and roasted it in the oven. I rubbed it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then put Old Bay Seasoning all over it. It can also be done with Lawry's Season Salt.
