WOW this came out better than I thought I use yellow and orange peppers. No chili sauce I used salsa, added 3 cloves garlic and beef broth instead of water and added frozen corn. And I do it all in one pot. Yummy

Spaghetti with Garlic and Basil

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2005
Very Good....very simple yet tasty serve with crusty bread and a salad and you have yourself a meal..I also skimmed down the butter and olive oil just so it was a bit more figure friendly for me. Be sure to use fresh garlic and basil as well as the cheese to ensure great flavor and freshness.

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2005
These are very good crepes, the butter in the batter makes the flovor very good plus you can use less butter in the pan, heres a TIP make batter and put it in thr fridge for one hour your crepes will not be "rubbery" you can get away with adding half the butter too.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2005
A good recipe that you can add anything you want to it like I added pepperoni and mushrooms to the sauce. I added 1 cup cottage cheese to the ricotta and egg.(gives it the perfect consistancy). And added more cheese on the top. It was great!!
