Cheesecake Supreme

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2012
TIMING IS WAY OFF! I baked mine for 10 min on 400 then 2 hrs on 200 which I increased the temp to 250 half way thru because it wasnt cooking fast enough. I added vanilla the taste is awesome just would never be ready in one hr. Mine didnt crack and i didnt use a water bath or let it sit in the oven.

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
My turkey was still dry I find other brines that use sugar and longer brining times as well make a moist turkey. The flavor from the vegetables and butter and wine made a awesome gravy just very salty so may want to add some water before you make it

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
I love this meatloaf took me just a few minutes to put together and it was fantastic. I grated a whole onion just because the kids complain when they find a onion in their food. I would also double the topping next time. Sometimes simple recipes are truly the best

Champagne Lobster

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
This was a nice way to add some flavor and depth to the lobster meat, you can use any white wine you may have as a more afforable option....I used shallots instaed of onion just for its subtle flavor. How wrong can lobster and champagne be? And you get to drink the rest of the champange, you can't go wrong with this recipe.
