Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding II
Used 1% milk and Splenda. Made as written and it came out a bit runny. My British mother, who's been eating and making rice pudding for 80 years, advised a change to 275 degrees and baking for 2 hours. Tried that the second time and it became thicker and creamy.

Hugh's Dry Rub
This was the first and only rub I've ever tried and it turned out wonderfully! The balance between spicy and savory is perfect!

Pub-Style Vegetarian Chili
I sub'd chopped zucchini in place of mushrooms but was faithful to all other ingredients. LOVE this chili! The one thing I did do differently is cook it longer, and with the lid off. The first 30 minutes I simmer with the lid on and then give it another 40-60 minutes with the lid off to evaporate off some of that water content so the *sauce* is thicker. Thrown a lit of grated cheese on the top of each serving and we're good to go.
