Strawberry Pie II

I was looking for a quick recipe that I could make before I went to work this morning. I needed to use these strawberries before they went bad. I came across this wonderful and easy recipe. Wow, this is more than five stars. It chilled all day while I was at work and my family enjoyed a special surpise. Thanks, this is a keeper!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

This is one of my favorite recipes. I gave this one to my daughter. Her husband has a wheat allergy, so this works perfect. I grow French Tarragon in my garden. Use fresh Tarragon only, dried- in jar is not the same. This recipe is GREAT,... just double the sauce.

Juicy Marinated Steaks

I have to make a comment on a review... piercing meat prior to cooking is perfectly okay. The cooking process will seal in the juices. Do not pierce or cut meat during cooking and let meat rest for several minutes after it is cooked before cutting. Great recipe! I used fresh garlic and onion.

Ginger Orange Glazed Chicken Wings

These wings were amazing. Very easy recipe. I have made them several times. I like subbing frozen pineapple, (like another person suggested). Either way it is a winner! Thank You!

Baked Dijon Salmon

This was a great recipe! My husband said, " Oh, that is a keeper." I have a son-in-law that has a wheat allergy. I am going to try it with Rice Crispy's- I will keep you posted. :)

Simple Garlic Shrimp

This is a great recipe. It is perfect just the way it is. I made it tonight and didn't have parsley, but I did have a garden full of basil. It really liked the parsley, but loved the basil with it. Just a bit different. Both ways are delicious, full of favor. I served with summer squash from the garden. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Love it!!!
