Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
Love this recipe! I added a half scoop of chocolate protein powder to it for the taste and extra protein.

Easy Add-In Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
This is a nice easy recipe and it turns out tastey. I used 2 boxes of mac n cheese, cream of chicken, 1/4 cup butter, 3/4 cup sour cream, 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, and whales crackers on top. I thought it was a little too salty, so next time I won't salt the water I boil the pasta in. I didn't crush the crackers on top, and I wish I would have. I don't like breadcrumbs on top of casseroles, so the crackers were a good idea. I also sprinkled parmesean on top, and liked that. I used a 9x13 pan and baked for 35 min.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
good base recipe, but needed lots of tweaking. I followed other reviewers suggestions and used lipton onion soup mix with water, omited ketchup and used brown gravy instead, added cream of mushroom soup, a large can of mushrooms. I cooked my steaks on the stove and didn't have any problems with them falling apart. After these changes, I loved the result!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2010
tried this hoping that less butter would work fine. It did not work for me. Despite boiling the butter/suger mix for 2 min, the oat layers on my bars totally crumbled apart. I used real butter too, not light or margarine. I will try this again with a little more butter because the reviews are so good.

High Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
These are great! I used chocolate whey protien powder and mixed in 1-2 mashed bananas for a little sweetness and some carbs. I crushed peanuts and sprinkled over the balls for a little asthetic apeal. I like these best when frozen. Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Four Cheese Lasagna

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
Nice recipe, very cheesy. I doubled the sauce (2 26oz cans), but it ended up being way to much liquid. I also added 1lb ground beef and diced tomatoes. This was great as a leftover
