Warning: this is for chocolate lovers! So I loved it, but the glaze does make it even richer, so if you don't want ooey, gooey chocolate overload, maybe leave that off. I made it exactly as the recipe says and it was amazing! Except I did add a splash of milk to the frosting - I had the same chocolate sawdust issue.

Bread Machine Bagels

Amazing. This was actually less time consuming than the recipe sounds, and my bagels turned out delicious. I did take a reviewer's advice on making 12 bagels instead of the 9 the recipe calls for, but I found this made 12 small bagels, so I recommend sticking with 9. Five stars!!!

Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine II

Delicious. A little harder to work with than what I am used to, but I usually make a thin crust so that's probably the difference. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside - perfect!

Banana Cream Pie III

This was a huge hit. I did add a little lemon juice to the bananas to keep them from browning. But the chunks of bananas under the filling was delicious!

Crock Pot Portobello Chicken

This was honestly inedible. I followed the recipe to a tee, but the mushrooms just soaked up the acidity of the dressing, and it was incredibly bitter. We took about 4 bites and threw the whole pot out.

Red Currant Pie

I have a bunch of currant bushes, and have been letting them fall off the bush, because I just don't know what to do with them. Well this year, I decided to harvest them and find something to do with them, and this recipe will be an annual event! I doubled the meringue as someone suggested, and just used a ready-made pie crust. And it turned out delicious and beautiful!
