This is a great start off recipie I dressed it up a bit. I used half and half to make it ceamyand used mozzerella as well as chedder cheese, green onions and basil. I added some left over ham to the mix and it was amazing. Thank you for posting this recipe it was awsome, thought i let it sit for 10 min to set up before I served it.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2010
I made this for our family BBQ. I did it with the bottled lemmon juice and it worked great!, I heated up the sugar, added ice and watter, and sliced a few strawberries, it took me all of 10 minutes. It was awsome. I will make this again and again.

So easy so good. I made these in mini loaf pans with a strawberry cream cheese spread. I could live off those and be happy.

Mini Cheesecakes

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
I have made these a couple times and the requests keep comming. They are easy and amazing. I used a nilla wafer in the bottom but I like it to be a little more crusty so next time I will make some graham cracker crust and do it that way. I also did it in a watter bathe. I had a cookie sheet full of watter under the cheese cake to make sure it cooked all the way without drying or splitting. They were perfect!

Russian Tea Cakes I

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
These were wonderful and simple. My kids loved helping me ball the dough and coat them in sugar. Lesson learned though, let them cool all the way before you coat in sugar or else you get a huge mess.

Mini Upside Down Pineapple Cakes

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
I made these for a ladies tea party, and everyone loved them they are soo easy and still impresive looking. I used the pinapple juice from the can to flavor the cake and it didn't make it to sweet or anything.

Zucchini Bread II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
This was wonderful! I didn't have a cheese grater so I used my titan peeler to get the slices thin and then sliced them. Worked like a dream, and I ate almost half of the first loaf before it even got cool. My two and five year old both loved it. I will definantly make this again

Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
I love this soup! My husband hates soup and he has asked me to make it for him agin, two days latter. He said it was the best soup he had ever had and this is the first chicken noodle soup I have ever made. I used our leftover turkey and it is wonderful. However I did add 3 cloves of garlic extra carrots. Oh and I had these really expensive italian noodles and used those and the pasta never got soggy. Even when I heated up the leftovers. My two year old daughter even liked it. I made it when I was sick and the ultimate throaght soup.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
I love how easy this recipie is, my husband hates chicken and he loves it! I make gravy from the drippings he calls it sweet gravy. I make mine in a oven bag, and it works well. I don't put any vegitables in I just do the chicken, and I don't have any allspice I just use what I have. I works beautifully. I am trying this recipie on a test turkey to see if I will do it for thanksgiving, I will let you know.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
I love this bread! I made for our church but I only have one loaf pan so I did the rest in muffins. I did make two changes however. Since I was making muffins I only put in 2 tsp of baking powder and added 3/4 tsp of cream of tarter. They puffed up pretty well, and they were really fluffy tasting. I just put them in with the loaf at 325 and they went for about 25-30 min and when the second batch of muffins came out the bread was done too. I also saw the review to add walnuts, I am not the biggets fan of them, so I added 1 cup crushed pecans. Oh they are good in there. And my five year old eliminates things from his diet regularl, he is now a vegitarian while we are all meat lovers, and he loves these. I am going to make these all the time and freeze them for his breakfast.
