Pesto Primavera Tortellini with Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2014
This was delicious, light, balanced, and colorful. A great way to use up the summer garden harvest. I also deglazed the chicken skillet with a little broth to add more flavor.

Backwards Prime Rib

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
I have made prime rib roasts every Christmas for years and years, and this roast was the BEST YET. The cooking method is spot on, I add a little Dijon to my herb rub. This is my go to roast recipe now.

Fantastic chai. I did not add the milk, but put the "concentrate" in the fridge to make fresh chai each morning.

A very helpful recipe, I never could get my home fries right. My potatoes did take longer to cook than the recipe stated.

Italian Heroes

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Wow! So good! I made a couple of small changes- I left the soft bread and did not tear it out, and I served it warm. To serve warm, I wrapped each sandwich in foil and put it in the oven. The flavors blend together so well. It tastes like a high-end deli sandwich.

Specatcular and so easy. I followed the recipe exactly. Be sure to let your butter, cream cheese and eggs come to room temperature before starting. I even got a compliment from my MIL, she loved it!

Thai Style Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2011
Disappointing, especially after spending $$$ on the shrimp. I followed the recipe to the letter, tomotoes were mushy, sauce never thickened, and prep took almost an hour. I will not be making it again.
