Scrumptious Shrimp Scampi Linguine

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2010
WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! We had this tonight for the first time and it definintly replaces my old scampi recipe! Followed the directions exactly, topped with some fresh shredded parm/romano and served with warm bread. Can't wait to have it again.

Garlic Ranch Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
A keeper. Had fresh basil from the garden, crushed the garlic instead of chopping. I used boneless thighs and chicken breast, baked it at 375. When the chicken was cooked I removed it and set it aside, added half a can of chicken broth and a couple of shakes of flour. Served over hot spaghetti with the sauce and we loved it. A great quick recipe for busy nights.

P.J.'s Fresh Corn Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
Awesome recipe! I added a little fresh basil from my garden as well. If summer had a flavor this would be IT! I think next time I will add some baby shrimp and make this a mean all to itself instead of a side dish.

Stuffed Strawberries

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
I made these for the first time yesterday and they were a big hit. After everyones recommendation to dip them in chocolate I decided to go a little further and used Godiva Chocolate Liquor in the cream cheese mix instead of the orange liquor. I found that the filling was a little too thick and difficult to pipe so I added an additional tablespoon of liquor. I had beautiful big strawberries, so I cut them in half lengthwise and scooped out the center and filled them. These will be a favorite for years!!!!!

Peanut Blossoms II

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
I love these cookies. I followed the other readers advice and took them out after 8 minutes, put the kiss in the cookie and baked another 1 1/2 minutes. They are perfect. Will definitely do that from now on. These are a keeper.
