Clark Bars
Awesome dessert snack made without baking necessary. I used 3/4 cup butter. I substituted 1/2 of the graham crackers with salted pretzels because I didn't have enough graham crackers. The saltiness tempered the sweetness. I followed some of the other suggestions by using a larger jelly tool pan, instead of a 9 x 13 cake pan.

Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce
Followed the recipe & the flavor was fantastic. Had this recipe today. I was afraid of salmon because I didn't know how to cook & flavor it. I cooked directly on the charcoal grill & it took 18 minutes to cook, I will definitely do this again without any changes.

Seven Layer Bars
I followed the recipe. The coconut was browned & crispy. To much for me, but my wife loved it. Great flavor. I used Pam to coat the cake pan & it came out of the pan fine. Cut it with a pizza cutter. I will use this recipe again with some modifications. I would mix some of the condensed milk with the coconut so it wouldn't be so dry. I cooked it at 325 for 25 minutes and that was a good time.
