Scones

As some reviewers suggested I didn't use all the milk and egg mixture, only about half. I added almond and vanilla extract to the egg mixture I did use. Then added cinnamon and brown sugar to the leftover egg mixture and glazed the top with it. Patted brown sugar the the top after. Very tasty. I don't consider myself a baker, but felt very proud of these scones.

Maple Apple Crisp

So, so good. As a Vermonter I love this combination of maple and apple. Fast, easy, and amazingly tasty.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I nixed the raisins, and added cinnamon and nutmeg, and it was wonderful. It had a great creamy texture and full consistency. I served it hot, and than ate the leftovers for snack cold the next day. YUM!

French Toast Souffle

I used the revision that TROUTS328 and it was delicious. My family loved it. The only thing I would have done different would be to add nutmeg and cinnamon in with the eggs, maybe 2-3 teaspoons each, to give it a little more spice.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These cookies are fabulous. I've made them twice in the last few weeks and all of my guests have loved them. I use the OJ instead of water, up the ginger to 3 teaspoons, and cinnamon to 1 1/2 teaspoon. I chill the dough for an hour, and I roll the cookies in a sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger mix before putting them on the baking sheet. Sooo tasty!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

I'm not really that big a fan of anything mustard, but the honey mustard is delicious. It's tangy, yet sweet from the honey, and it's all brought together by the classic taste of the mustard. I had two breasts leftover from dinner, so I let the Chicken re-marinade overnight, and the next day for lunch I cut it in strips and cooked it long enough to warn through. Then I used it in a salad. My boyfriend loved it! I can't wait to make it again!
