This and a garlic bread recipe are the only recipes I considered reviewing because I love them so much. I enjoy many wine-based dishes, however, so that could contribute to my affinity to this chicken marsala. I always try to follow recipes to the T the first time because I only think it's fair to do so, and the chicken marsala came out splendid! The only thing I changed was the fat content: 3 tbs butter +1 tbs oil. I am very glad I did because it tasted fantastic while being lower in fat, despite the sauce content being less then it otherwise wouldn't have been. So yea, I don't know how anyone could dislike this recipe, and it definitely deserves all the high reviews it has garnered. Will cook again and again!
