Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
Loved this! My husband (who is slightly picky) said this was one of the best soups I have made. I used canned, diced tomatoes & dried spices and it tasted great. I went for the Italian Sausage because my husband likes a little spice....and he loved that! Definitely going to make this again in the future!

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2011
Very good! I put a little more salt and cayenne just to our families preferred taste. We didn't blend it at first but then halfway through dinner blended it and I was surprised that we liked it better that way! Easy and delicious! My two criteria for a good meal :)

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2011
Best BBQ chicken I have EVER had! I used Kraft Original BBQ sauce and only used 4 breasts (because they were huge!). About an hour before we ate I pulled the chicken to let it simmer in the sauce. A new favorite for my husband and I.....and it was SOOO easy!

Chicken Pot Pie VII

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
Delicious! I followed the other reviews and added a few more spices....I think I may have overdone it a bit. I also decide celery instead of the beans and that was a good choice. This was my first time ever making a pie crust and it was easy. I didn't have shortening so I used margerine and it still tasted fine. I also didn't have onion salt so I used garlic salt and that tasted good as well. My husbands only request was that I would put more sauce in it, so I think I may use 2 cans of soup next time.

Orange-Chicken Rice Bowl

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2009
The sauce wasn't strong enough....and I doubled it, however, the flavor that was there was very good. I added some minced garlic as well and also marinated the chicken for about an hour in the orange juice & dressing sauce. Very easy to make which I loved! A new kind of stir fry for our house.
