Grandma Wells' Tuna Macaroni Salad
I just made this to take for lunch a couple of days this week. I shreaded the cheese because we don't have the bigger elbow macaroni in the Netherlands, only little bitty ones, and I didn't want the cheese to be bigger than the noodles. I also haved the recipe because I live alone and get really sick of eating the same foods too often. However, I am not so sure I would get sick of this! Very yummie.

Chef John's Beans and Greens
Loved this although I did modify it a bit to be totally vegitarian by leaving out the anchovy and using vegitable boullion instead of chicken. I needed a new way of using escarole instead of the traditional Dutch way of mashing it into hot potatoes. Another reviewer mentioned using turnip greens, I think this would also be wonderful with kale or even spinach.

Cabbage Balushka or Cabbage and Noodles
I was looking for a 'comfort food" recipe to use up a head of cabbage that I got in my organic bag this week. This totally fit the bill. I did add some shreaded carrot (also in the bag) to add some color and extra vitamins. Very yummy!!
