For this recipe, I placed 1 cup of white rice in a baking dish, added 2 cups of water and 1 packet of french onion soup mix. Then I placed the pork chops on top (browned per the recipe, but with my own blend of spices in the flour), covered with foil and baked for about 1 hour.
