Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins
Great muffin. I used a cup of fresh strawberries chopped into pieces instead of the frozen sliced. I also added in a handful of wheat germ and 1/4 cup of light sour cream. My kids loved them and they are healthy...what more could you ask for?

Delicious Pineapple Muffins
I'd give this recipe 1 star but since my 4 year old really likes them I bumped it up to 3. I found these muffins pretty but very bland. It turned to mush in your mouth. I don't think I'll be making these ones again. Thanks though.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
These were not a hit at our house. Hubby said it was too rich, my 7 year old (who loves mashed potatoes) wouldn't eat them and I didn't really like the cream cheese taste. I think I'll stick to my regular recipe but use the slow cooker idea. Thanks anyways.
