Banana Crumb Muffins
Very good! I live at 9600 feet so I made high altitude adjustments...add an egg, 3/4 t. baking powder, 1/2 c. white sugar + 2 T, baked for 23 minutes. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly and it made 18 regular sized muffins. They were a big hit with the kids and they turned out perfectly.
