Waldorf Astoria Cake Frosting

I think that I may have used almond extract instead of butter flavoring...but the frosting turned out perfect for our friend and cousin's 50th Birthday "wedding cake".

White Almond Wedding Cake

I made this cake for a friend's birthday as his request for his 50th birthday cake was a good wedding cake. This cake was fabulous! He is also particular about the frosting so I used the Waldorf Astoria Frosting and it was perfect! He loved it and it was a big hit with all of the guests!
