this recipe was really good, brilliant. but honestly i cant have that too often, every now and then is good enough for me, nothing to do with the recipe itself, just personal taste. i replaced garlic salt with 3 garlic cloves, and added salt to the chicken to taste as with the pepper. I didnt have a can diced tomatoes so i finely chopped 4 tomatoes, crushed 3/4 of the quantity and added 2 tbsp of tomato paste to them. i did mix the basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme with the crushed tomatoes as other reviews suggested, to avoid clots. i didnt decrease the quantity of balsamic vinegar, but i did add 1/4 cup water to the mixture while simmering. My family loved it.
