Banana Crumb Muffins
Just tried this recipe. After reading some of the reviews, I made a few alterations. I substituted the all purpose flour for whole wheat flour and
canola oil instead of the butter. I added an extra egg, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg,
3/4 tsp of cinnamon & 1 cup of chopped walnuts. The results = spectacular!
I'm not fond of bananas, but these were so so good. They're disappearing
fast. No doubt about it, a 5 star rating!
