Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I read a lot of the reviews on here and several said that they don't know why this is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe, because it has the same or similar ingredients as any other chocolate chip cookie recipe, but...WOW! This totally knocked my socks off! They smell like the quintessential chocolate chip cookie AND they will satisfy both crunchy cookie people (baked a couple minutes longer) as well as soft cookie people (like me!). Thank you SOO much for posting this!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Just made these and my 6 year old DS and I are definitely hooked! I added cinnamon to my muffin ingredients because I ADORE cinnamon. This could easily be made into an English Breakfast Muffin (a recipe in one of my parent's cookbooks when I was a kid that I can no longer locate) by omitting the fruit and adding cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to both the muffin mixture and the crumble topping. Thank you so much, Colleen, for posting! It is amazing! *!*!* UPDATE - I had a lot of blueberries to use up and had to sub out some of the ingredients because I didn't have everything I needed and everyone RAVED about it! in the muffin, 1/2 c white sugar, 1/4 c agave nector and EVOO instead of veggy oil, and doubled the blueberries. In the topping - added fresh nutmeg and allspice and used all brown sugar. They came out almost souffle-like!!

Best White Icing Ever
Perfect! I cut the sugar down to 3.5 cups and added .5 cups of cocoa powder and whipped it (adding water to get the consistency that I wanted) and it is perfect! Not too sweet, not too chocolate-y
