food. Like... a lot. Anybody that knows me even a little bit, knows how much I
love to eat. And not only eat but eat in massive quantities and mostly really "bad" food... like really bad food. If
given the option to pick one meal to eat for breakfast for the rest of my life
I am 30 years old and living in Northern Kentucky with my husband of almost 6 years and two boys, ages 2yo and 1 month old. I grew up in Southern California but after meeting my husband while in the military we chose Kentucky to be our home.
I have recently become soy free and dairy free thanks to the birth of my second child in April and his allergies to them. Been an interesting journey.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking Mexican food (grew up eating it), Asian food and Mediterranean food the most.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Tamales for Christmas by far!
My cooking triumphs
I cooked two entire turkeys on Thanksgiving for missionaries and Peace Corps volunteers while serving in the Marines in West Africa.
My cooking tragedies
Hmmm... you mean the ones that happen about 3x a week? You'll have to read my blog for those!
