Buttercream Icing

I made a few changes: used all butter, reduced the amount of sugar (only used 3 cups) and doubled the vanilla (2 tsps). Halving the recipe made enough for 24 cupcakes and still had a little left over. Will be using it again definitely, thanks!

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

I followed the recipe almost exactly (only used milk instead of water) and got 17 cupcakes using all the cake batter and cream cheese mixture. I had tried a similar recipe using a cake mix and I like this version better (chocolate batter from scratch). Thanks for the recipe!

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Great taste, thanks!!! Note: half the recipe made enough frosting for 24 mini cupcakes and 12 regular size cupcakes, with minimum left. I used a big star tip (wilton 1M).

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever

I liked this cheesecake a lot, topped mine with strawberries and some glaze. For me it was just perfect, not very sweet, like some said. Very easy to make, thanks!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

It was the first time I ever made cookies and ended up baking somewhere between 180 and 200! I followed the recipe exactly for the first batch and they tasted ok for me, the second and third times I added 1 cup of sugar and 1 tsp vanilla like many suggested and I liked them so much! (this way I would give 5 stars) The dough HAS to be refrigerated overnight, it is a great recipe. Thanks!

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

I used a cake mix and filled 1/3 of the cupcake, then the cheese filling (which is great, I only think it could use a bit less salt), and then the other 1/3 of cake mix. I got 30 cupcakes. Refrigerated them in a sealed container overnight, they are delicious right out of the fridge, the chocolate chips are the best part, thanks for the recipe!
