Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Everyone loved this on Halloween night. Only used green chilies and left out the jalapenos and it was spicy enough! Good change from regular chili.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

incredibly addictive! My husband loves them with coffee. I subsituted pumpkin pie spice for the ground cloves and nutmeg and it came out delicious.

Beer Butt Chicken
