Long Grain and Wild Rice Herb Salad with Toasted Pecans

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2011
This tasted so fresh and is substantial enough to stand on it's own as a main dish. I used fresh thyme and 2 Tbs. fresh parsley. I could possibly imagine adding some dried fruit, raisins or crasins, next time.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2010
Yum yum YUMMY! I made this using 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, marinating for about 3 hours before cooking. I served it with Wild & Brown Ready Rice (one of my most favorite finds) with some of the sauce drizzled over both. Try it... you'll be hoooked!

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2010
Very tasty! The spice mixture is a nice compliment to the sweetness of the sweet Potato. I cubed mine and as suggested by other cooks, I put all ingredients into a baggie and gave it a little shake. These do not take a whole hour to cook if you cube them, more like 40 minutes at 375. Thanks for the recipe!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
I've made this several times and can't seem to get over how easy this recipe is. I think it works best if you use equal parts butter, soy sauce and balsamic. I've also cooked fresh greenbeans using this exact recipe and they are wonderful as well!
