Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
edible but not great. I personally love mint chocolate chip but these would be better if you use the recipe minus the mint extract and use mint chips instead. The cookie tastes weird with the extract. Bummed....

It's TRUE! It's perfect. Add more pesto or use less butter... Either way is delicious! Thank YOU!

Awesome. When soaking the eggplant in salt before cooking, add balsamic here. Also, I do mine in the oven. Easy clean up :)

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
Great recipe. I cut down the cream cheese to 3/4's of a block and added ~2TBS of gelatin in warm water and 1/4 c. pureed strawberries. Stayed fluffy all day in and out of the refrigerator. Was delicious! This will be a regular for sure.

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
i found this recipe awkward. Nothing quite held the dish together. Kinda tangy, kinda savory, kinda heavy and light at the same time. This dish was lost without a direction. (in my opinion)

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
Awesome! No poppy seeds or sesame so added a skotch of sesame oil to dressing and chopped almonds! It was a huge pleaser. Next time will use balsamic instead of white wine, and a little less oil.

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
This is so great. They really come out CREEPY. They were gone in first hours of my Halloween party (and there were NO kids at the party). Quick tip: when forming the fingers, make them extra skinny because they puff up when you bake. And really exaggerate the knuckles. Will make again! I used black decorating gel, and it looked just as gross! Clever idea on a classic christmas cookie!
