Praline Sweet Potatoes

This was very popular dish for Thanksgiving. I had people who claim they normally absolutely hate sweet potatoes actually enjoy this. I'll make it again.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a very nice recipe with the ability to have a wide variety of tastes. You can change the pudding, change the type of chips used and it ends up really good with almost any combination. The most interesting change I had done was I used lemon pudding and used oats instead of chocolate chips (plus an additional 1/2 of liquid, I used honey). The key is to not overcook them and they end up chewy but slightly cakelike. I usually end up making a half recipe due to how many cookies it makes.

Sweet Potato Bisque

A really interesting and tasty soup. I replaced two of the sweet potatoes with carrots when I realized I didn't have as many leftover baked sweet potatoes as I thought. Still a delicious recipe though.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This is a great but heavy recipe. Because of this I tend to save it for special events and refuse to use anything other then heavy cream. It's also great with salmon instead of chicken, which was the way I prepared it. (I also took out the mushrooms)

Sleepy Cake

Despite what the other reviewers said, I very much enjoyed this cake. The coffee syrup at the bottom was excellent when served on top of the cake. It's a good cake to make if you want something different or need the caffeine boost of both coffee and chocolate.

Crab Rangoon I

I made these when I decided to make a nice dinner. The filling was wonderful and flavorful and the fried outside made a nice contrast. I couldn't cook them fast enough.
