Jalapeno Popper Spread

i made this dip simply because of the amazing reviews. i was questioning how good it would actually be because the ingredients were some simple. boy was i surprised. this is one of the most delicious party foods i have ever made. there was a ton of food there too, but my dish was cleaned out. everyone was asking me for the recipe. i also changed the recipe as suggested by others. used 1/2 mayo 1/2 sour creme, added bank bread crumbs on top, baked in the oven, and added about 3 ounces of jalapenos. it didn't have enough heat with just 2. served with fritos, but people were also eating it with tortilla chips from someone's other dip. *** the parmesan cheese hardened on top after i baked it in the oven and let it cool. made it kind of difficult to break through the crust to get to the warm dip part***

Egg and Hash Brown Pie

YUM! this was quick and easy! as other reviewers suggested, i used an extra egg, and added some pepper and a little salt for seasoning. didn't have cheddar so i used a shredded italian blend. i was even a little short on hashbrowns and this still came out great. can't wait to try it again and change up the ingredients!

Original Chex® Party Mix

this recipe needs some serious revisions. i doubled the amount of topping because when i added the original measurements, the mix was still VERY dry. i also put in 2 extra tablespoons of worcestershire. instead of a total of 9 cups of chex products, i added 6 and then added a cup each of goldfish and cheerios. i also baked in the oven on 275 for an hour turning every 10 minutes. came out tasting delicious!
