My family originated from Calcutta India and I have a great love for Indian cuisine. I love testing new recipes and browsing recipes, and I enjoy spending time reading and walking in the park near my home. I'm not much of a baker (everything to do with baking seems too measured.) I am a "flexitarian" which I define as someone who goes back and forth between vegetarianism and eating meat.

Duck curry, samosas.

Anything that I've tried to bake.... Haha. It turns out flat, or unsavoury, or bitter... it's just not my bag, I guess.
