Whole Grain Pancakes
I cut this recipe in half: i used a 1/2 cup of wheat flour. 1/4 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, about a tbsp of ground (use a coffee grinder for seeds) flax seed, a 1/4 cup of old fashion rolled oats, 1 tbsp of red wheat bran, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 egg, and enough milk to make a thin pancake batter. let batter sit for about 10 minutes. add more milk if necessary and fry pancakes on medium heat until browned on both sides. make 3 large pancakes.

Cheesy Breaded Chicken
I cut my chicken beast in half (length wise). I dipped the chicken in egg wash. Then I dredged it in the bread crumbs I made from dried bread and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and thyme). I baked it in a lightly oiled (olive oil) pyrex pan on 350 for 45 minutes. I added the cheese on top of chicken the last 15 minutes in cooking time. everyone loved it, would definitely make again.

Amish White Bread
I used unbleached all purpose flour, about 2 tbsp of olive oil + 1tbsp for rising bowl, about 2 cups of distilled water, 1 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 cup of organic sugar. Used less than 6 cups of unbleached all purpose flour. made the dough just like I would make a pizza dough with a 3 hour rise time (1 hour each). rolled the dough out with rolling pin and rolled it back up like a cinnamon roll. Cut three slits in loaf and let it rise in bread pan covered with towel for a hour and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. side note, it may come out better if bread flour is used.
