This is an awesome recipe. I made a few changes, but the most notable was leaving out the mayo. I used plain greek yogurt and my chicken was so moist and delicious! I will for sure make this dish again.

Classic Bran Muffins

These muffins are delicious! I used molasses, apple sauce, cranberries and walnuts. So moist and good with a glass of milk. Love it and will make it again!

Baby Spinach Omelet

My first go at making and omelet and this was delicious. I changed it a little,and added green onions instead of onion powder, added mushrooms, and red pepper, passed on the nutmeg, but it was still delicious! Thanks and I will prepare this again!

Icy Banana Milkshake

Very delicious recipe, I didn't use as much milk and instead used a little more banana for a thicker tecture. Also it doesn't require nearly as much sugar, I used a little honey and Goji juice instead.

Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Very delicious recipe. I had to use a buttermilk substitute (milk and vinegar), also used flaxseed meal and flour instead of whole wheat flour. My 4 year old ate it all up!
