Spinach Pesto Chicken Breasts

This was really very good! I made it with homemade pesto that we made this summer and it had very good flavor. I like to make something per the recipe the first time out and I will definitely make this again. I can easily see using red peppers, zucchini and/or mushrooms along with the spinach and pesto mix. Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

I have been looking for a good risotto recipe for some time and this was simply excellent. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I made it as stated in the recipe and both my husband and I love it. The trick is to make sure the heat is not too high. That way, the liquid can be absorbed instead of boiling away to quickly. Will definitely make again and will be trying some of the variations suggested by the author. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!!!

Fresh Salsa

I absolutely love this recipe and reach for it often, especially when vegetables in our garden are ready! Made it just as stated and love the incredible fresh taste it has. The jicama really makes the difference. If there is any leftover, it is great in an omlette the next morning! Thank you for sharing!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

A simple, perfect cheesecake. My daughter wanted cheesecake for her birthday, so I tried this recipe and it was incredible. I made it exactly according to the directions, allowed cream cheese to soften to room temperature and was careful not to overmix everything. No cracks and perfect density. We enjoyed every bite and I'll definitely make it again. Thank you!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Exactly what I was looking for in a veggie burger! I made these according to the recipe and had no problems with the consistency. I did drain the excess water from the pepper/onion mixture and perhaps that helped. I put a slice of smoked guryere cheese on the last 3 minutes of baking. Served them on a whole wheat "sandwich thin" bun with lettuce, tomato and an avocado slice. Incredible and will definitely make again! Thank you!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

This is a sensational recipe and a nice break from our other chili recipes! I made it as described and it was perfect! I did not think it was too hot, though we like a kick to our chili. I used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, which made this recipe even easier, topped with a little extra cheese and a dollop of sour cream. We served it with corn bread and a black bean salad. This one is a keeper and we'll definitely make it again! Thank you !

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

I think this chili recipe is awesome and I've made it countless times. It's become our family chili. Great flavor, lots of ingredients, and a good kick depending on how much seasoning you use. I use two cans of medium chili beans and can of hot. While I generally make per the recipe, I have substitued the pork for Italian seasoned Turkey for a lighter version or chorizo for something different. This recipe makes a big batch, but it freezes very well!

Tiramisu II

Tuscan Cream Cheese Spread

This had incredible flavor and was the perfect appetizer for a dinner party I had this weekend. It made a lot, so I had plenty left over for a football game the next day. Making it the night before is key so all the flavors blend together. Wonderful recipe. Thank you for sharing!

Turkey Pot Pie

As I'm always looking for new recipes where I can use leftover chicken or turkey,I gave this a try. I made it just as stated and it was really very good! Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Excellent burgers. Very juicy and lots of flavor. My 8-year-old asked for seconds. I had thicker cut bacon on hand so I did cook in the microwave for a few minutes before wrapping around burgers and it was perfect. If using a thinner bacon, you probably wouldn't need to do this. Will definitely make these again!

Broccoli Casserole II

This is wonderful and makes a great side dish. Kids loved it! I did use 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese in placed of the processed as I'm not a fan of processed cheese. Very good.
