This recipe is reallllllyyy Good, the chicken melted of the bone, I added potatoes to the recipe, I precooked the potatoes and then added them to the tray as the chicken was cooking slowly in the over. It was delicious.

Eggplant Parmesan II

This Recipe was Great, i made some and people wanted to take some home. my neighbor grew egg plants on his yard and game me some, I made the dish using the recipe... he didn't believe me, he thought i bought it from a restaurant.
