Buttery Corn Bread
I'm not typically a person who likes cornbread and this was awesome! Super moist and not super grainy! Followed recipe exactly!

Simple Baked Apples
My husband raved about this recipe! The milk did curtle a little bit. I will probably use apple cider next time.

No Bake Cookies III
Really great flavor, but I found it impossibly difficult to actually form these into cookies. I ended up just putting all the "batter" into an 8 x 8 glass dish and then we ate it with a fork. It would be great in crumbles for an ice cream topping.
