These are very tasty. I love the topping, it sort of creates a nice, sweet crust. I made them in a mini muffin tin and they are great for something to grab and snack on. I added a little vanilla and instead of nutmeg I just added more cinnamon. Very tasty. They need a bit more moisture so next time ill add some veg. oil.

Mom's Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

I followed this to a T and for some reason these were really fluffy and almost cake like. It wasn't the texture of a cookie at all. I traced back everything I did and it was the exact recipe but didn't turn out right at all. Like another reviewer suggested, maybe add more oatmeal or raisin. The flavor was all there but the texture was all wrong. I am trying this again!!!

Potato Bacon Chowder

This soup was amazing. Very tasty and rich. I made some minor changes. I added a can of corn instead of celery and instead of water I used chichen stock and added some fresh chives to garnish. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. The bacon adds such a nice, smokey flavor. mmmmm!!!

Janine's Best Banana Bread

This was very easy and very good. I made a few changes as some other people suggested and it turned out wonderful. I brought it for Thanksgiving as a little appetizer and everyone couldn't stop eating it. I added 2 egss, a little brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, yummy! Thanks!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

These are very easy to make and everything required in the recipe I had on hand. The only thing I didn't care for is they aren't very stable. When I went to put them in the cookie jar they were falling apart even cooking them for the required amount of time. Great tasting though! Ill probably make them again when I need a last minute sweet! Thanks.

Rich Italian Sausage and Potato Soup

This is probably the best thing I have ever made. I made it for a family dinner and everyone loved it!! It tasted almost identical to the zuppa tuscana soup at the olive garden and that is my favorite soup. The pancetta bacon can be pretty spendy but its totally worth it. Thanks for the recipe! Okay back again to talk about this recipe. I made it for my boyfriends family xmas party last weekned and it was a hit. It was the star dish of the night. To make it even better the family is italian and it was the most italian dish there. It was gone in seconds. Thanks again, this one is staying in my recipe book!!!!!!

The Perfect Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

I made this recipe for my Mom who loves artichokes. It turned out really well and she seemed to enjoy it. The only thing I would do different is less mayo and more cream cheese (my preference). I served it with garlic flavored triscuits, very good!!! Thanks for sharing.

Lasagna Stuffed Shells

This is a great meal to make for the work week. It lasts a couple days and its delicious. I did ricotta instead of cottage cheese but next time I will try cottage cheese. Thanks for sharing!!!

Hot Pizza Dip by 3-A-Day™of Dairy

This pizza dip is a hit! I have made it four times now and each time its devoured in 5 min. Everyone seems to really dig in. I also add baby pepperoni and green peppers. Great recipe!!!
