I thought this was a great salad and will make it often. My 11 year old daughter even requested it in her school lunch! I used a can of corn instead of frozen, olive oil instead of veg., and Pace Picante for the salsa. Served with grilled chicken and mexican rice. Thank-you!

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

This was really good! I only used half the pepper and used about 1 tsp dried parsley and basil. Also used fresh pasta and pre-cooked shrimp. Thanks so much, will definately make again!

Salsa Chicken

This was really quick and easy. I thought it tasted really good, but it was a little too spicy for my husband and way too spicy for my 3 year old. I used Pace medium, I'll try a different kind next time.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Husband's Delight
