Banana Pancakes I

Excellent! I just made these using whole wheat flour and they were incredible, so I'm positive they could only become more tasty with white.

Vegan Pancakes

These were excellent. I was craving some pancakes but didn't have eggs or milk so I decided to try this recipe. I used all whole wheat flour and had to add about 2 extra tsp. of water to get them to spread. The whole wheat version was only about 4 stars, but with white flour they would definitely be 5.

Grilled Cilantro Salmon

This recipe and the Grilled Salmon I are the best I've found (and very simple). I cooked this at 400 for about 15 minutes, then bumped it up to 450 to try to get some color. Check it frequently so your honey doesn't burn. I cut the honey down to 1/4 c. and left everything else the same for 2 small fillets. There was more than enough to cover the fish and the other flavors were not overpowering.

Holiday Cranberry Chutney

This was great! It was extremely easy and very tasty. I used it as a bagel spread with cream cheese too. I only used about half the sugar. I used part brown and part white. It would be good as is too, but I prefer more tartness.

Grilled Salmon I

This marinade made some of the best salmon I've had, restaurant or home. I left it in for 24 hrs. and it was perfect. I wouldn't let it sit any longer though, or it will break down the meat too much. Delicious!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Delicious! The chips were a pain, but I've heard that you can find those at the store now. We added some extra berries and used red gala apples that we had on hand. This is a very flexible dish.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower

Such a simple and delicious recipe. Even my picky grandma and picky niece loved this. I sprinkled about 1/2 tsp. of (extra) kosher salt over the cauliflower after I laid it all out on the pan.
