Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I made these cookies before and the taste was great but they came out very flat. I made these again (different oven) last week and they were easily the best ginger cookies I have ever made. The oven made a world of difference. They were big and fluffy, and they are still soft after a week! Best cookies ever...all of my friends and family agreed.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
Absolutely LOVED these cookies! They were to die for! I used choclate pudding with milk chocolate chips and instead of nuts I used the Reeses Peanut Butter chips... yummm.. is all I have to say. They were soo moist and fluffy.. almost light tasting. Definately making this again!
