About this Cook
I'm a 21 y/o college student. I'm into music, movies, games, the outdoors, lifting, running, basketball, girls, and basically whatever. I just recently got into cooking hardcore, because to be honest, I got tired of "College eating."
My favorite things to cook
I'm really into chicken dishes, but I'm getting better at red meat items as well. I'm best at grilling and pan searing, but I'm also a fan of stir frying and baking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'm big into Japanese, German, Southern, Mexican, Mediterranean, and Chinese Dishes and Cultural foods.
My cooking triumphs
Bypassing the stereotypical college male cooking abilities. Everyone loves my cooking! :D
My cooking tragedies
Pretty much my entire first week of actual cooking.... :P

Philly Steak Sandwich
Very delicious! I use 2 slices of Provolone per sandwich...which made it great and more authentic. I also sauteed the veggies first, then the meat. Once everything was sauteed I put the 8 bun halves on the baking pan, loaded the meat on the bottom pieces, then the veggies, then the cheese and broiled it for about 2-3 mins and they were perfect. Will be using spice mixture for Fajitas...with a little extra chili powder... :P

Strawberry Romaine Salad I
Very good salad! I used white onion instead of red because it was all I had, and it turned out fine. I cut the poppy seeds by 1/2 and it was much better. Dressing was fantastic!

Perfect Baked Potato
Great idea to for the salt and oil bath before baking. Only change I made was I baked the potato at 400 degrees for 1:15 because I use huge potatoes.
