I used another reviewer's suggestion of adding some bean juice from the can. I think I used too much because it got a little runny. But even though it was runny, it was still really good. Great on rice cakes with sliced tomatoes!

Greek Lentil Soup (Fakes)

This soup is very flavorful and delicious. It tastes very similar to my grandma's Greek bean soup. I added an extra onion, Italian sausage, and used some homemade tomato sauce. I also cooked it with the lid off for a while to thicken it. Served with parmesan cheese on top.

Romaine Rice Tuna Salad

I can't believe how delicious this simple salad is! The recipe says it doesn't keep well so I kept the tuna mixture separate and refrigerated what I didn't use. I have been eating it cold all weekend. Yum!
