Classic Goulash

Very easy, and tasty. Can easily be adapted. Added beans and used ground turkey. Will definitely make again. Maybe next time in the crock pot.

I thought this recipe was good. The vanilla was a surprising touch. Was looking for something different and quick dinner. This was it. Adjusted the salt. I never use what it called for. Cakes were not fluffy, but the taste was right on. Will make them again and experiment with the recipe. Good starter recipe.

Cube Steak Parmesan

This was a decent recipe. I think the next time I will not add Parmesan Cheese with the Mozzarella cheese. I think it was a little overpowering. The possibilities are endless for this recipe. You could use chicken instead of beef. Spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce. I used shredded Mozzarella from this dish. Will make again, maybe being alittle more creative.

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Excellent cookie. No problems with the dough or the recipe. Used butter in place of margarine, I had no margarine to use. This recipe made 48, not the 24 that is stated in the recipe. Rolling the dough was not sticky after forming a ball and rolling in sugar. Very nice look and taste. Easy recipe. Will make many more times to come.

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Wow! What an easy recipe. Fast with the bread machine doing all the work. And they came out great looking. Just like the picture. They taste great to. Will be making them all the time now.
