Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
I used this recipe to make the Fondant I used on the wedding cakes I made for my brother and his wife. It was wonderfully easy to work with, tasty and it kept amazingly well. Thanks for sharing!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
I love this recipe. It is so easy and the pancakes turn out well each time. I like it more than the mixes. Plus, it is easy to personalize it with additions like blueberries and chocolate chips. This one is a keeper!

EAGLE BRAND® Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
This is a fabulous, decadent and insanely easy pie. Each time I serve it, I get rave reviews. It is like the desserts you could expect at a Red Robin or TGI Friday's. Presentation really complements this pie well.

Chocolate Covered Cherries

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
I love this recipe. It is a bit labor-intensive, but seeing my the look in my father's eyes everytime I present him with the fruits of this particular labor, I know it was time well-spent because he just adores Chocolate Covered Cherries and these are so much tastier than store-bought!

Party Mimosa

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2012
What a wonderful mimosa! I didn't add water, but didn't miss it. I used dry champagne because I didn't want it to be too sweet. I also only had apricot juice on hand and it was delicious. Next time, I will try mango.

This was very tasty! Next time I might cut back on the sugar a little and add some Bok Choy. Thanks for a terrific recipe.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
What a yummy cookie! I did cut back slightly on the sugar the second time I made them. I want to try them with nuts and a sprinkle of orange zest. Terrific, easy recipe.

Carrot Cake with PHILLY Cream Cheese Icing

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
Wonderful, moist cake - the only changes I made was that I omitted the nuts and instead added raisins that I had soaked in the drained off pinapple juice. I also added some applesauce to the oil to cut down on the amount of oil. I would make this again!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
This are exceedingly simple to make and my mother just loves them. I tend to add more blueberries than are called for because that's how I like them. The crumb topping is wonderful and basic. Thanks for the recipe!

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
Whipping the whites was an interesting step. There is another recipe I prefer more, but this one isn't too bad.

Coquito

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
Like another reviewer, I followed the recipe, but it turned out "grainy." I used this recipe because I mistakenly bought coconut milk instead of coconut cream. I had added a can of condensed milk instead of the sugar, but I don't think that was what made it grainy. It seems like it is some of the solids from the coconut milk perhaps? Maybe I didn't use the right kind of strainer? Regardless, I wasn't pleased with the recipe unfortunately.
