Queenie's Killer Tomato Bagel Sandwich

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
YUM! I used an onion bagel and it was delicious. I didn't use basil, too. This tastes even better if you add a little mozzarella to it also!

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
These are AMAZING, except I used all whole wheat flour and I added another handful of blueberries. Thank you for a great recipe, I'll be making these again with various fruits.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I didn't like how you can feel the granulated sugar. I suggest using powdered sugar. & it needs much more chocolate. AANNDDD I suggest chunky peanut butter.

Banana Date Flaxseed Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
I didn't use dates, i substituted the vegetable oil for applesauce, and I used toasted flax seeds to give it a peanut-y taste. This is absolutely delicious! All it needed was a little of the white sugar substituted for brown sugar. It's real moist and, not to mention, healthy! Great breakfast side.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2009
I made these today, and they are delicious! I used plain yogurt instead of sour cream, strawberries instead of blueberries, and applesauce instead of vegetable oil. They are the perfect amount of fruity-sweet. Thankyou for this great recipe!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
I honestly didn't like these all that much. The rest of my family really enjoyed them, but I just thought the jam made it way too sweet. And the granola-y part was too crumbly and just came apart when you tried to eat it. I would suggest more liquid to hold it together.

White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
Oh my gosh! These were absolutely fantastic. I took some to my mom's work to sell, and once they were out, everyone just wanted more, more, more! I usually don't prefer white chocolate, but it was perfected by the cranberries and macadamia nuts. I wouldn't change anything. I will definately make these again.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
This was my first attempt at cinnamon rolls. They are very hard to make and mine looked very messy, but they tasted fantastic. I didn't bake them in muffin tins because it would have been even more messy so I did it in a 10x13 inch dish. After making them this morning, I only have 3 left! Although very unhealthy and buttery, they are VERY VERY delicious.

Jam Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
These are a very good breakfast treat. It tastes much better if you fill half the batter in the muffin tins, place the jelly in the middle, and fill will the rest of the batter so the jelly doesn't get hard and burnt. I also added some vanilla for a little p'zaz!

Raspberry Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
These are amazing! We substituted the raspberries for blueberries and they turned out better than any store-bought muffin out there. They're very moist and crispy on the top and taste much better fresh out of the oven!

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
This was very good. Instead of putting the chocolate chips in the blondies, we melted them and poured it on top when it was done baking and let it harden. It uses WAY too much margarine which makes it very wet so I suggest cutting the amount in half or by a third. We also chopped up some peanuts and threw them in the batter. Cook time takes way longer than 15 minutes. Other than that, these are delicious!

This was a little bland and pasty, but it had a nice taste. I give it a thumbs up.

Apple Squares

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
This was delish! I suggest doubling the whole recipe except for the topping in the same size pan and adding more apples. I didn't use nuts and it turned out real moist, which is good if you usually like your baked goods moist. This is one recipe my family couldn't keep their fingers out of (:
