I moved back to NY about 2 years ago, Lived in Washington State and got real cozy with NW cusine. Always looking for new recipes from that region as well as good southern recipes (comfort foods. The boyfriend loves meat and potatoes trying to find recipes that are like that with a little twist.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
Great Recipe! I made this yesterday for super bowl and it was a big hit with everyone, went awesome with pulled pork. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I will definately be making this again!

The Best Banana Bread
This is a very good recipe but I tweaked it a bit and only did 1 1/2 cups flour and half cut sugar and it came out perfect and super moist! Thanks for sharing this one! :)

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
This is a kick but recipe! I did tweak it a bit by using fat free soup, fat free sour cream and hald and half on the cheese seriously sharp cheddard and 50 percent fat free came out awesome.. even my fussy fiance loved it!
