i had made lasagna the ngiht before - so last night was about not doing some that was so much work - so made a salad but added blueberries - strawberries and dried cranberries - then did a dijon and apple vinger dressing for the whole lot

followed with roasted sausages i use a stove top cast-iron grill - that i heat in the over so i can have those nice char marks without the mess

rubbed some baby potatoes down with olive oil salt and pepper (roasted them for about40 minutes)

served with a good mexican cheese dip - ice cold beer - and a couple of different mustards for fun
simple food on a week night - and i got to play computer games while it cooked

this has been a hard week - the high tempts and both of us are worn out - he has CQ (24 hours of duty tonight) and will be sleeping most of the day tomorrow - i will be dying my hair - a girl has to make the most of her free time - might even shave my legs - lol

Your salad sounds lovely! Make sure in your tiredness that you don't shave your head and dye your legs! LOL!
