Big Soft Ginger Cookies

They were really yummie. However, after reading all these amazing reviews, I was slightly dissapointed. I thought it was missing something.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

This was deeeelicious!!! I did not use peppers but instead used asparagus, zucchini, a few marinated artichokes and mushrooms. Great flavor. I also did not have onions, so I used a green onion. Came out great. Used diced tomatoes with Jalapenos.

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Delicious. I've used this recipe as a basic idea each time I make turkey burgers. I don't use soy sauce or egg. I think I tried BBQ sauce one time as well.

Summer Potato Salad

Great Recipe! I used regular onions, I think the green onions would have been better. Tastes the best at room temperature or warmer. I did not have any celery, but it could have definitely use it.
