Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2014
really good, I added a third cup of parmesan cheese to the mix then sprinkled the top with some more for extra depth then added more milk for desired creaminess and skipped the electric mixer because we like ours a little lumpy. so yummy!!

Asian Cucumber Thai Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
Amazing! Although the recipe makes way too much food to be used as a side dish. 2lbs equaled about 8 large cucumbers for me. even in my family of my father, husband & two teenage boys who loved it couldnt finish it after two nights. will cut in half next time.

Satay Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
I gave it four stars because the recipe is good a written, but (in my opion) delicious with a few additions. I first off marinate the chicken overnight in a 1/2 cup satay peanut sauce, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/2 light soy sauce, and 2 tbsp peanut butter. I used the same ingredients as sauce for the pizza. Then topped the pizza with the chicken slices, shredded carrots, red onion slices, scallions, chopped cilantro, chopped roasted peanuts, and used shredded mozerella. It came out WONDERFUL. the whole family said it was the best meal i have ever made. Great base recipe to add your own twists & turns to. I served with Asain Cucumber Salad (also on allrecipes :)

Artichoke Dip I

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
Definately a keeper! I gave it 4 stars because I made just a some tweeks to it. 1. Substitued the marinated jar artichoke for 2 (13.75 oz) cans of artichoke heart quarters in water, then diced into bite sized pieces. 2. Took one member's reccommendation and used 1 can cream of celery in place of one cup mayo. 3. Mixed one diced tomato and 3 peices of chopped green onion in the mix instead of on top. 4. Used 1 tbsp of chopped garlic instead of garlic powder. 5. Used 3c parmesean cheese instead of 2c par & 1c romano (didnt have romano on hand..) and at 25 min, I switched the oven to broil and watched carefully to make the top extra crispy!!!! Wonderful recipe and great to bring to parties/ barbeques with wheat thins!!
