Three Bean Salad
I made a lots of adjustments. I used tri-bean can of black beans, kidney beans and pinto beans. I did not use garbanzo, onions or celery. I used distilled white vinegar and red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar. I doubled the black pepper, cayenne pepper and onion powder. I added a sprinkle of parsley flakes. Topped it with diced avocado and feta. I added 1T lime juice for the avocado when served. Also for good measure I used 1 can whole kernel corn. This was great I will make it again.

Seafood Stuffed Avocados
I used shrimp only, miracle whip and no cucumber and dried parsley, only because that's what I had to work with. I tossed the shrimp in a little old bay first then added the dressing. I put this on top of the halved avocados with a little lime juice and without removing any of the flesh. I was really hesitant about using the miracle whip with this recipe because of its tang, however it really worked with the avocado. It was delicious and super fast, I will make it again.

Apple Turnovers
Good use of extra apples I had. They turned out great not over cooked with a little crunch. However I only needed 3 there was a lot of left over filling. They must be eggwashed, and I cut a small vent in the top. The use of shortening is very noticeable in the store bought puff dough, if I have time I will make my own next time.
