Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette
I usually don't care much for vinaigrettes, but this is my new favorite dressing! I didn't change a thing and I love it. I did find it to be better from the second day on, the flavor of the honey seemed to mellow a bit and all the flavors blended to perfection!

Cheesy Sausage Zucchini Casserole
My husband and I loved this dish! I only used 1/3 lb. of chicken Italian sausage because I prefer less meat, it was perfect. Also, I love basil so I added quite a bit of that. We'll be having this regularly!
